Over the past years, we and our customers have encountered numerous issues with Chinese and Korean treatment beds. For instance, we discovered that product liability holds no value when a product fails to comply with U.S. regulations. This is especially true for many Chinese models, whose CE certificates often omit critical components like the heater and water circulation panel. These components are also prone to breakdowns, as they are not resistant to shampoos, hair, and treatment residues.

Even more concerning is the lack of proper hygiene in these beds. Many models recycle the same water throughout the entire treatment, causing dirt, oils, and buildup from the scalp and hair to circulate continuously. EVEN IF THOSE UNITS ARE PLUMBED VERSIONS. This waste accumulates inside the internal pumps and the rainbow/halo structure components that cannot be properly cleaned without disassembling the entire machine. The result? A serious health risk that can lead to scalp infections, irritation, and other complications.
