Terms and Conditions of Service – Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
Honey Headspa provides a three-year limited warranty (can be bought for life time) on the Headspa, covering any malfunction or manufacturing defect. Additionally, all accessories and tools included with the Headspa Bed are covered by a six-month warranty.
Warranty Services
If a malfunction occurs within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, Honey Headspa will take responsibility for repair or replacement. Warranty service will be handled as follows:
- Customer-Repairable Issues: If the issue can be resolved by the customer, Honey Headspa will send the necessary replacement parts along with detailed instructions.
→ Customers will only be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement parts.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or negligence by the customer or their clients.

Cosmetic wear and tear due to regular usage.

Repairs or replacements required due to misuse.
In cases not covered under warranty, Honey Headspa is available to assist and can offer replacement parts at the customer’s request. Shipping and part costs may apply.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact Honey Headspa Customer Service with the following:

A detailed description of the issue

Photos or videos clearly showing the problem (if applicable)
Once reviewed, Honey headspa will evaluate the issue and provide appropriate next steps.
Limitation of Liability
Honey Headspa’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective products or components. We are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of income or business disruptions caused by product malfunctions

General Policy
At Honey Headspa, each order is custom-made after the purchase is placed. We do not carry mass-produced inventory; every Headspa Bed and accessory is individually assembled, tested, and prepared for each customer.
This ensures that every product is crafted with precision, care, and the highest quality standards.
Because of this made-to-order process, all sales are considered final once production begins. Returns are not accepted except in exceptional circumstances approved by Honey Headspa.
Customers are advised to carefully review all product specifications, photos, and options before confirming their purchase.
Eligibility for Return
In exceptional cases, Honey Headspa may approve a return request under the following strict conditions:

The customer must contact Honey Headspa Customer Service within 3 business days of delivery to request return authorization.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, including proper packaging and secure transit to prevent any damage.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, Honey Headspa will issue a refund for the product cost only.

Shipping fees, handling charges, customs duties, and other service-related costs are non-refundable.
Custom and Special Orders
All custom-made, special order, and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
This includes modifications in color, design, or features that were specifically requested by the customer at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact Honey Headspa within 3 business days of delivery.
To process the claim, customers must provide clear photos or videos that show the issue.
Once reviewed, Honey Headspa will evaluate the situation and offer a suitable solution for repair, replacement, or part shipment in line with the company’s Warranty Policy.
Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, unauthorized modification, or incorrect installation are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Product Inspection Upon Delivery
We highly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.
If you notice any damage, defect, or missing component, please notify Honey Headspa immediately so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
